Rivet Shelving, also known as Rivet rack, double rivet shelving, double rivet boltless shelving, or rivet shelving. The benefits to this light weight easy to install shelving are endless. Rivet shelving offers spans of up to 8 feet wide and depths of up to 4 feet deep with capacities exceeding well over 2000 pounds per level. Assembly is extremely simple and user friendly. No nut and bolts or shelf clips required! Rivet shelving is available with wire decking for compliance with local fire codes where applicable , with pre cut particle board, or with steel decking for capacity.

Rivet rack from WSN is available in Gray or Tan and is usually always in stock. This is an excellent product to use for any customers require shelving, metal storage cabinets, conveyors as well as the plastic bins.

Very easy installation. One person could install a rivet shelving system with no help needed.

Why consider light shelving at all? Although you may have floor space available now, with time you will hopefully outgrow your current space. By taking advantage of your building height, you may be able to stay in your current space and do more business. Trust us, even in this down economy it is still cheaper to go up than out. Real Estate is expensive so utilize all of storage options before considering and larger facility.

For hand loading large bulky loads, a 48 inch wide industrial shelving unit with 24 inch depth simply might not due. You may want to consider Lyons, Hallowell, Frick Gallagher or other rivet shelving. Also, if your load requires machine loading you need pallet racks.

There are three main types as rivet shelving that WSN carries:

Single Rivet shelving - is low capacity , and is used in non-industrial application

Double Rivet steel shelving - is industrial strength riveted Z BEAM

Double rivet shelving - double rivet with bent beams, allowing the same capacity with less beam clearance. IE: you can have more shelf levels with Z Beam than tradition double rivet with the same height post.

Its sometimes best to have WSN provide the particle board decking when ordering rivet shelving. It saves the effort of contacting the local lumber store, ordering the wood and coordinating a second delivery. Convenience is key and we want to make the whole process of ordering any materials from WSN as simple and quick as possible.
